Why Climb Kilimanjaro with us?

7 Days Lemosho Route Kilimanjaro Climb Guide

The 7 Days Lemosho Route is one of the most scenic and rewarding routes to reach the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. Known for its gradual ascent profile and lower traffic, this route offers excellent acclimatization and a higher chance of summit success. It begins on the western side of the mountain at Lemosho Gate and traverses through pristine rainforest, expansive moorlands, alpine desert, and finally, the icy summit of Uhuru Peak.

What sets the Lemosho Route apart is the stunning beauty throughout the trek. From the lush greenery of day one to the panoramic views from Shira Plateau, climbers are treated to dramatic changes in landscapes. The route merges with the Machame Route from Shira Camp onwards and continues through the Lava Tower, Barranco Wall, and finally to Barafu Base Camp before making a midnight summit attempt.

Designed for physically fit individuals, the 7 Days Lemosho Route is ideal for those seeking both adventure and a better chance at reaching the top. The trek follows the “climb high, sleep low” principle, improving your body’s ability to adjust to the high altitude.

Whether you’re climbing solo, with a partner, or in a group, this itinerary is carefully planned to maximize your safety, comfort, and experience. Each night is spent at scenic campsites and guided by experienced professionals, ensuring you’re well taken care of from start to finish.
