Small Group Kilimanjaro Tours – Maximum 12 Climbers

Our Kilimanjaro group climbs are limited to a maximum of 12 climbers per departure. We believe smaller groups provide a more personal and enjoyable trekking experience, allowing our mountain guides to give individual attention to each climber while creating opportunities to meet fellow adventurers from around the world.

Our group tours are ideal for solo travelers, couples, and small groups of friends who want to share the Kilimanjaro experience without organizing a private expedition.

Every scheduled Kilimanjaro group climb is a guaranteed departure, even with just one climber. Once your booking is confirmed, your climb will proceed as scheduled, with no additional charges if other travelers do not join your departure.

We offer scheduled Kilimanjaro group departures on several popular routes, allowing you to choose an itinerary that matches your fitness level, experience, and preferred travel dates.

• 7-Day Lemosho Route: A scenic western approach to Kilimanjaro with varied landscapes and gradual acclimatization.
• 7-Day Machame Route: A popular and adventurous trekking route offering spectacular scenery and excellent opportunities for acclimatization.
• 8-Day Lemosho Route: A longer itinerary with additional time to acclimatize and enjoy the mountain.
• 9-Day Lemosho Route – Daytime Summit: A special itinerary designed for climbers who prefer to reach the summit during daylight hours rather than following the traditional midnight summit schedule.
• 9-Day Northern Circuit Route: One of Kilimanjaro’s longest trekking itineraries, offering excellent acclimatization opportunities and a quieter journey around the mountain.
• 7-Day Rongai Route: A beautiful approach from Kilimanjaro’s northern side, offering a different mountain experience.

Can’t Find Your Preferred Route or Departure Date?

If your preferred Kilimanjaro route or travel date is not listed in our scheduled departures, we can arrange and publish a new group climb based on your preferred itinerary.

We welcome climbers interested in the Umbwe Route, Marangu Route, Rongai Route, and 6-day Kilimanjaro climbing itineraries, as well as other available routes and climbing durations.

Simply contact us with your preferred route and proposed climbing dates. Once we confirm the itinerary and availability, you can secure your booking with a USD 300 non-refundable deposit per person. We will then open and publish your group departure on our Kilimanjaro group join calendar, allowing other travelers to join.

Your departure is guaranteed even if no other climbers join. Your confirmed climb will proceed without any additional single-climber or group-size charges.
