How to book with us 

Please read the following information carefully:
  1. Short Notice Holidays (Three weeks before tour begins)
For a short notice tour, you can check availability before making a confirm booking. You can do this by calling us on  WhatsApp +255 786528219  (Hotline 24 hrs) or email to  [email protected] .com 
If requested we can make a provisional booking for you, which we will hold for 10 days. You can fill in the booking form to make a provisional booking and submit it to us – we will let you know regarding availability.
To confirm booking please do the following:
  • Send us  email to [email protected]
  • We will send you all the details package with itinerary.
  • After agree and confirm with the packages we will send you a Booking  Form.
  • After you Complete fill  the booking form then you  can submit it to us
  • Then you will choose the method of payment and make the payments.


  1. Self Guided Holidays
  • All of our Self-guided holidays are booked on an individual basis, so you are free to start on any day you’re pleased with, and can add extra days as you desire. Because of this, we are unable to check availability for your required dates with arrival and departure details (Flight details).
  • We will then send you a proposal cost and program, but don’t fill this form till you have sent us your arrival details
  • We will send a confirmed detailed program after receiving a copy of this form (You will have 3 working days to make payment of your booking as  below instructions).
  • To make a firm booking please complete the booking form and submit it to us, then forward payment for a deposit per person and insurance premium if required.


 3: Special Package Holidays
  • For a special package tour, you can check availability before making a firm booking. You can do this by calling us on

     To make a firm booking please do the following: (After confirmation of availability from us).
  • Complete the booking form and submit it to us
  • Forward payment for a deposit per person as well providing us with a copy of your ticket and passport for your details
  • 30% of package price is supposed to be deposited – NON REFUNDABLE
  • We highly recommend all clients to have travel insurance covering their trips.
  • We are using online payment  like  credit  card   we are accept Visa and Mastercard ONLY   for  our ONLINE  booking, if you want to pay via credit card please  send us email we will  send you the INVOICE   link to pay through but by using this method you you will pay surcharge of 8% of the total price
  •  We are  also using Bank transfer  as one of our  second method of booking ,NOTE that All fees of wire transfer from your Bank to our Bank should be covered by remmitter. you can ask for our bank account details.

Book Your ethical  Kilimanjaro Climb

  • All our climbs are guaranteed Departure even if you are the only one who book the climb.
  • You will need to pay the US $300 per person, which is non-refundable. Still, it’s the lifetime deposit for your climb for reservation.
  • The rest of the money you will pay 30 days before your arrival date or have the monthly payment plan as you wish to afford this climb.

Your Life deposit is good for life!

Our Lifetime Deposit policy allows you to save your initial deposit (one per person, per confirmed tour) for an unlimited time, be it ten weeks or ten years. Put, We want to do the right thing by our travellers and ensure you can still take another trip if your plans have to change due to some circumstance example covid etc.
