CLIMB KILIMANJARO IN 2026/2027 – YOUR SUMMIT JOURNEY STARTS HERE!

Kilimanjaro 2026/2027 Group Expeditions – Climb with the Experts

Why Climb Kilimanjaro with us?

9 Days Lemosho Route with Daytime Summit to Uhuru Peak

The 9 Days Lemosho Daytime Summit offers a smarter, more comfortable way to reach the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. Unlike traditional climbing itineraries that require trekkers to begin their summit push at midnight, this specially designed route allows you to climb from Barafu Camp to Uhuru Peak during early morning or daylight hours. This removes the harsh and exhausting night ascent, which is often considered the most difficult and stressful part of the Kilimanjaro experience.

Instead of hiking in extreme cold and darkness after only a few hours of sleep, climbers are able to rest properly before starting their summit trek in the early morning. This creates a safer, more enjoyable journey to the highest point in Africa. After successfully reaching Uhuru Peak, climbers return to Barafu Camp for recovery before continuing the descent, helping reduce fatigue and improve overall safety.

By shortening the physical strain of summit day and avoiding sleep deprivation, the 9-day Lemosho itinerary improves comfort while increasing summit success rates. The additional acclimatization time included in this route allows the body to adjust naturally to altitude, making the climb feel more manageable compared to standard schedules.

Summiting during early morning or daylight transforms the entire experience. Climbers enjoy warmer temperatures, better visibility, and breathtaking views of glaciers and the surrounding alpine desert landscape. Rather than focusing solely on endurance in the dark, you can fully appreciate the beauty of Kilimanjaro as you approach Uhuru Peak.

Starting from the remote western side, the Lemosho Route is known for its stunning scenery and quiet trails. This 9-day variation makes the journey less stressful, more scenic, and mentally easier by eliminating the traditional midnight summit challenge. It is ideal for climbers who want a relaxed yet rewarding summit experience without sacrificing adventure.

habitats, cultural heritage sites, and communities. We actively promote environmental sustainability and social responsibility.
We are not doing cheap Climb, cheap climb means we are doing tourism while exploiting our Porters who are the ones who make Kilimanjaro trek possible for the vast majority of climbers, and who do all the heavy lifting. Fair and ethical treatment of our porters (crew) is one of the important priorities of Eco-Africa Climbing when we do climb. We are proud to be a Partner of the Kilimanjaro Porters Assistance Project (KPAP). Please contact ([email protected]) to confirm this.
KPAP raises public awareness regarding the proper treatment of porters on Kilimanjaro and assists climbing companies with implementing procedures that
ensure fair and ethical treatment of their porters. Every of our climb is audited by KPAP to ensure crewmembers are provided proper salaries, tips procedure, food, equipment and sleeping conditions.
