CLIMB KILIMANJARO ON A WOMEN-ONLY GROUP

Kilimanjaro is the tallest mountain in Africa and one of the seven summits.

Hiking up to the peak of Kilimanjaro is a hiking experience like no other. It’s a seven-day trek with six days hiking and one day for recovery.

The first thing you need to know about hiking Kilimanjaro is the distance and elevation involved. The trek will take you a minimum of six days, and on summit day will take at least thirteen hours’ worth of ascent and descent. You will cross five different ecosystems and six different climate zones, challenging depending on your fitness levels.

The moment you set off for the Kilimanjaro hike, you can pretty much guarantee 18 hours plus of ascent during summit day to get to Uhuru peak. In comparison, this sounds exhausting; however, the pure serenity of Kilimanjaro will soon wash all your worries away. One of the most unusual attractions in Africa is Mount Kilimanjaro, which welcomes climbers for its steps trails. With seasons starting all year round, you’ll find plenty of other reasons to hike Mount Kilimanjaro.

We invite all women worldwide to join our WOMEN’S ONLY KILIMANJARO ETHICAL CLIMB.

What is ethical Kilimanjaro Climbs?

We are doing ethical climbs and responsible Trekking; we believe the tourism industry has an obligation and an excellent opportunity to protect the world “s natural habitats, cultural heritage sites, and communities. We actively promote environmental sustainability and social responsibility. We are not doing cheap climbs; cheap climb means we are doing tourism while exploiting our Porters, who are the ones who make Kilimanjaro trek possible for the vast majority of climbers and who do all the heavy lifting. Fair and ethical treatment of our porters (crew) is one of the critical priorities of Eco-Africa Climbing when we do climb.

We at Eco-Africa Climbing operate women-only groups to Mountain Kilimanjaro under the brand name WOMENCLIMBKILI.

We usually have four trips for women-only every year, in March for International Women’s Day on Machame Route, during summer, we have a trip in July on Lemosho Route and September, and December on the Machame Route.

Our fantastic guides and crew usually accompany the group of women up to the Mountain Kilimanjaro via Machame Route every year.
