How to Book with Eco-Africa Climbing

Booking your Kilimanjaro climb, safari, or Zanzibar holiday with us is easy, secure, and personalized. Follow the steps below to get started.

What to Include in Your Inquiry

For Kilimanjaro Climbs:

• Preferred route & number of days
• Travel month(s)
• Group type: group, private, or solo
• Number of climbers
• Any special requests (e.g. vegetarian meals, private toilet, women-only climbs)

For Safari:

• Travel dates
• Number of people (include ages of children)
• Accommodation type: camping, standard, midrange, 5-star, or high-end

For Zanzibar:

• Travel dates
• Number of people (include ages of children)
• Accommodation preference: 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star

Step 2: Receive Your Custom Quote

Our team will respond within 12 hours with:

Step 3: Reserve Your Trip

Kilimanjaro Climb: $300 deposit per person (non-refundable)
View Lifetime Deposit Policy

Safari or Zanzibar: 30% of the total trip cost per person (non-refundable)
View Safari Cancellation Policy

If Booking Both Climb and Safari:
You’ll need to pay both the $300 deposit for the climb and 30% for the safari.
Terms apply as per individual booking type.

Payment Methods

• Online Payment via WeTravel: Credit card and bank transfer supported
• Direct Bank Transfer: Request our official USD bank account if needed

After payment, we’ll email you a confirmation with your full Welcome Package.

Step 4: Final Preparation & Travel

Final payment is due 60 days before your arrival. Before your trip, we’ll send:

• Arrival checklist
• Gear list (for climbers)
• Safari packing list
• Mountain crew contact & tip guidelines
• Airport pickup confirmation (with signboard)
